7 EBooks for Under a Dollar or Free

Hello, everyone!

Since we are all at home or at least should be, and probably the boredom will soon turn into a need to buy compulsively (it has happened in the past), I thought you might want to check some of the Smashwords books that are less than a Dollar or completely Free, I hope you don’t know some of these and if you do then apologies for any repeating titles.

Shadows

“Oh, for the love of baby humans everywhere, you’re an idiot.”

Author: Jennifer L. Armentrout

Genre: Fantasy, Romance, Science-Fiction

Well this was a good and bad idea for me. Not the contents of the book, that I loved, but actually starting to read it and finishing it. Let me explain better while telling you what I thought.

Namaikizakari

Author: Mitsubachi Miyuki

Alternative title: Cheeky Brat

Japanese: なまいきざかり。, lit. “Full Bloom Cheekiness”

Genres: School Life, Romance, Sports

Hello, dearies! ❤️

This one is late by a lot, though not so much considering that this is still ongoing. Alright, it is a Manga as you might have guessed by the name and it is still going, and it is completely amazing.

I cannot be sure that any of you read Manga but if you do then you would love Namaikizakari, do not let the element of sports throw you off, it is actually pretty cool and it is not the only thing the story is about. I cannot really remember how I got to it but I know that after the first two chapters I was completely hooked and Naruse is so great.

5 Game of Thrones related Books

As we all know, Game of Thrones the TV show has ended, our watch has ended, the night came with its terrors, winter came and went in a puff, and the fire and blood of the last episodes left us with a huge hole, so to fill it up let us go around and see what else is out there about this world that held us captive for almost a decade only to be completely finished in a not so-great finale.

Since we do not have the 6th Book to actually know what happens in A Song of Ice and Fire, then we turn to others to understand a bit more of it or to simply read something new, because there is always time for that. Here are 5 Books related to Game of Thrones.

2019: This is What I Plan to Read

Another year came to an end, and a new year is about to make us its slave. Wow, that was deep, I know.

This new year will bring many new books, but I already have a small (*cough cough*) list of books that I want to read and I am yet to grab and sit and read without interruptions. I was supposed to start QOAAD before the year was over but that did not happen, my mundane job did not let me do it, still it is my first choice in 2019. And since I am done with The Darkest Star, which was my favourite read of the year, then I am free as a bird to obsesses over other fictional characters that will surely cause me to scream at the book. This is what I have planned.

The Lunar Chronicles 2: Scarlet

“I lied to you about a lot of things….but I meant every apology.”

Book Series: The Lunar Chronicles 2

Author: Marissa Meyer

Genres: Young-Adult, Futuristic, Re-telling, Sci-fi

Recommendation: 4.5

Page count: 454 pages, Hardcover

I liked it, a lot, I think more than Cinder, however for letting us hanging at the beginning in such a way, we wanted more of Kai and Cinder, and instead were greeted by a stranger, for that and for not grasping my attention as I know it should have been grasped, because of it, 4.5 of 5.

Now my thoughts on the whole thing, you will be surprised by how much I liked it.

10 Young Adult Books to Add to Our Reading List

So, this is my first time recommending so many books in one go, but I hope to make a couple of more like this one in the future. I have not read the books I am about to name but the titles called to me or the covers (mostly the covers), so I want to share them with all the readers out there looking for something new to add to their reading list.

I picked these 10 in the Young Adult section, but they might have some fantasy in them as well. Though I am thinking of making another list, as I mentioned, but just for the magical, fantastical books out there. Unless you want to know about other genres then let me know in the comments. You will find the link to each book at the end of every description. Alright, here we go.
