A New Year, a new life, nah, just kidding, same life as before, it’s only a new number in the year but same things happening. That sounded a bit dark on my end, but it’s also true.

Moving on.

Now, I don’t usually do recaps or stuff like this, but here we are because 2021 make me write tons of posts for some reason, so I’ll try to convey the ones I liked the most next. Including those where I rambled on about book characters. 😆

I read this one a long time ago, as in years ago! So I cannot really say that my memories of it are that specific though I will try to make it justice.

Recommendation: 4.5 ⭐

I liked it, a lot, I think more than Cinder, however for letting us hanging at the beginning in such a way, we wanted more of Kai and Cinder, and instead were greeted by a stranger, for that and for not grasping my attention as I know it should have been grasped, because of it, 4.5 of 5.

Now my thoughts on the whole thing, you will be surprised by how much I liked it.

Outlander & Dragonfly in Amber “Review”

Books: 1 & 2

Where to start? I like them enough, but I had already watched the first 2 seasons of the show, and I must say they are pretty similar to the books, I could easily picture Sam Heugham and Caitriona Balfe while reading, although Jamie is much taller in the books.

Brianna and Roger on the other hand, are nothing like in the books, sorry for the actor and actress who portray them, but they did not work for me, at the moment.

I was thinking about all the wonderful quotes from books that I love and decided to share a couple (alright, not a couple but 5) with you lads and lasses, simply to make your day and see if we share the same tastes.

Honestly we may love many quotes from many books, so choosing only 5 is kind of difficult but if you want more, you can always go to my Pinterest or Instagram and find more there, I might not post daily but there are some quotes there that I think you will want to share. Oh! Also my Tumblr.

Male characters in books 2.0

Alright so here’s the problem when you are a booklover, bookworm, bookfanatic, whatever you want to call it… you end up having a lot of boys and sometimes girls in your life; because the more you read, the more you have characters to add to a never-ending list of fictional characters to love from many books in different genres.

A long time ago, there was this post I wrote about Favourite Books and Characters and it was good and all, but you see since then there have been so many other books and hence many main characters that have come to my attention, which I can’t put here because it will be the longest list…. Well not the longest that would be in like in a year or more from now when I read even more and have other amazing characters to talk about.

But going back to the present, and why I am rambling here today… I thought it will be nice to have a little reminder of some of the characters so far; you might not agree, you might think that I am wrong or crazy but it is my list after all and perhaps you will discover we have similar taste in books.
