Opposition

“We were supposed to have tonight and tomorrow, and many weeks and months, but we didn’t have even another minute.”

Lux #5

Author: Jennifer L. Armentrout

Genre: Freaking Grand

It ended. Oh My…

No more Daemon Black… yes, that was basically my only thought in a loop. But like everything, life goes on if not ask Katy. I must say she redeemed herself to me on this last book. She pulled together.

Jennifer Armentrout, you are a genius. I don’t know what it was in this book (maybe an unknown visual hypnosis) but I was hooked no matter where I looked. All I have to say to this author is: Thank You.

I’m going to assume you have read the book if not, what are you waiting for? Although if you haven’t read ANY of the Lux Novels then by all the baby aliens everywhere please start, it would be worth your time.

Idhun’s Memories

Idhún’s story takes us through several phases of unknown paths, weird crannies and more, discovering the world around the books can be so exciting, mainly these unknown parts are on the side of Jack who shows us what we don’t know through his eyes.

The Idhún’s Memories (The Idhun Chronicles)

Books in this Trilogy: La Resistencia, Triada, Panteón

Author: Laura Gallego García

Genre: Fantasy, drama, teen, YA, paranormal, awesome

Greatest Spanish book ever!!! Did you notice the 3 exclamations points? Exactly, it is that good.

My favourite book or one of my favourites in the fantasy department. It tops up with Harry Potter, The Dark Artifices, and Drakon Series, not in what happens but in what they make you think and feel, in the sense of reading a great book.

I was going to describe some of the creatures in the books, but it may take some of the excitement out of reading it; when I first read it, I didn’t know a thing about it, only that it was fantasy and that was one of the best things and worst thing that could have happened to me.

The 5th Wave Thoughts

Welcome! 📚

So about The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey, haven’t finish it yet. 62% and now is getting exciting although I’m still waiting to get surprised I don’t know if it is that I was measuring all the possibilities while Cassie (main character) was talking/thinking delusional thoughts throughout the whole book or if I am just deductive or maybe Rick wrote it in that way so WE, the readers, would know but Cassie wouldn’t. I had one surprise many chapters ago but the rest I was: Yes, exactly. What else could it have been?

I am not saying the book is bad; it’s great actually, I was just pointing those parts out. The worst as usual (lately) is that I have to wait until September 16th 2014, supposedly, to read the 2nd part (*sigh*).

Once done with the whole thing, what will become of all those poor readers that must wait until the next one?
