Lux #5
Author: Jennifer L. Armentrout
Genre: Freaking Grand
It ended. Oh My…
No more Daemon Black… yes, that was basically my only thought in a loop. But like everything, life goes on if not ask Katy. I must say she redeemed herself to me on this last book. She pulled together.
Jennifer Armentrout, you are a genius. I don’t know what it was in this book (maybe an unknown visual hypnosis) but I was hooked no matter where I looked. All I have to say to this author is: Thank You.
I’m going to assume you have read the book if not, what are you waiting for? Although if you haven’t read ANY of the Lux Novels then by all the baby aliens everywhere please start, it would be worth your time.
I absolutely recommend the first 2 books, to those who know how to overlook some lines or things that could make you think, why am I reading this? I am not saying this for personal experience, seriously (I liked them from the start). But I know of some who do say that, and I know that for a fact because they had told me as much and I’m like this little fella:
The Book
In any case, rolling back to Opposition!!! Oh Lord, Jennifer hit the gold mine with this one, I really liked it. In the whole book there wasn’t one moment that I said: eh, I better read something else and then continue this one. NO. In all the time it took me to read it, I admit it took me more than 2 weeks to finished it, in all that darned time there wasn’t anyone else… just Daemon, even when I spent days without reading instead making some other boring (work/gigs/home) things that didn’t give me one awesome thing: Daemon Black, Archer or Hunter. Luc, of course. Still I didn’t pick up a new series to maul on, all I could think was: maybe Daemon could drag me out of this and said something totally awesome yet cocky and I would laugh my eyes out.
And now… it is over. It was a good ending, I almost suffered a heart attack and said: I hate you, Jennifer, for a minute or two… then, after my heart kicked back into a normal-steady beat, I said: Jennifer, you freaking genius. It was that good.
For real now, any book that captures the creative-imaginative part of your brain, holds it in its grasp and doesn’t let go until it is over, is great. You know it, I know it, the world knows it. We (the fans) only hope that Jennifer will continue to deliver equally top notch quality books to all of us Books Lovers in the world.
I already made myself quite clear with the rest of the series (here Lux Novels), I am advising you to go to your electronic library double click on Lux and start reading it, I know you must have it on hold if you are that 10 percent of the world who hasn’t read it yet.
That’s all for now, my lovelies. I truly hope you liked this, enough to stick around to the end 🙂 come back if you liked this, share it with friends if you want. Visit me on Twitter and Tumblr.
Also, if you want to read some new and original short stories, there are some cool ones here on the sides of this blog.
P.D.: Heavens! How could I almost forget? *Thank You* Pepe Toth for bringing Daemon to life. No one else could had been better. Oh and Thanks also to beautiful: Sztella Tziotziosz, who portrays Katy, she’s gorgeous.
That’s truly all… Until the next one.
“I’m a little amazed by my own skill.”
