March, 18 is getting closer each day and we expect Sunrise on the Reaping to be epic.

As you know Sunrise on the Reaping, The Second Quarter Quell or the book about Haymitch Abernathy that we have been waiting for since we read The Hunger Games, will be released this month. But what could it be like? 🤔

Now, I have not read excerpts, many quotes, or nothing major about the book beyond the fact that it is about Haymitch, I mean when I saw the news last year that was all I needed to be convinced of reading this one. But can it live up to the hype?

Mystery of Aaravos Season 7 [The Dragon Prince]

Finally finished watching the whole season! 🐉

Where do I even start? Honestly, it didn’t feel like an ending of a show or series, or this part. It felt like a season finale.

But will there be a new Dragon Prince? Or just a new show within the same universe?

Well, it is more along the lines of: Aaravos saga or arc ended here on season 7, book: Dark.

Last year (2024) I decided to hop on a journey of bookstores of Seoul, and Arc n’ Book was one of those that I visited. Why didn’t I visit more of these in 2023 on my first visit to the country is beyond me, but probably something to do with being awed by everything. 😸

Canterbury Jane Austen Challenge

Did you know that there is a Jane Austen Challenge going on by canterburyclassics? (This is not promoted).

There is! And I decided to go into it, starting with Jane Austen in January, true be told I didn’t finish it in Jan, but I’ll plan on continuing until the end throughout February since the challenge is month by month through 2025, and I am not really planning on doing needlework, this time. 😆

As Ms. Austen is to turn 250 this year! ⁠That’s how they decided that this should be the perfect way to celebrate.

You can still join, of course. What do you think? If I find other book challenges like so, I’ll definitely consider them, it looked like so much, and perhaps I’ll finally read all of Jane Austen’s books, because Mansfield Park and Northanger Abbey sit on my shelf since forever. 😸

Roller-coaster

What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?

I like amusing parks, I have gone on Rollercoasters rides in the past, but then I grew up and the part of me that didn’t know how to say no before, started to and then I said I didn’t want to, and here we are.

It is not a fear perse to go on a gigantic Roller-coaster and more the fact that I don’t feel like it. 🎢

What would it take me to do it? Why does it have to be like that?

Well, around a million dollars should do the trick, I would stand in line patiently and nerve-wrackingly hear it going around and then jump on it. 😄

Have you been listening and following the podcast? Season 2 is almost done, only 2 episodes to go, and of course I left two of my favourite of the last couple of years for last, and they were both stories that I had not known about until they crossed my path.

But Episode 16, dedicated to NANA is now available, and you can listen to it on YouTube and also watch a few cool scenes from the anime.
