Couples to Idealise 💞

That day when people starts sending hearts and flowers, and gifts chocolates is coming up, what is it called again? Oh, yeah! Valentine’s Day, so let’s talk about all those couples that we (Me) love and could idealise from books, and boy, do I have a bunch, I will try to keep it short. 

If you ever read any of the books I’m about to mention and know these couples then you are in for a treat and would love to have a relationship like these, though most did not start out good, they end up with a happy tone, so you might find some spoilers. Warning set. 

Couples in Books

Adam and Mia

I was not going to start out with this one, but it just came to me, and this is one of those couples that wow, they suffered so much and Adam was there the whole time (if i stay books), one of those couples that went through a traumatic experience, were apart, and then found a way to come back together because they simply loved each other. 

Tessa and Will (*cough* and Jem)

I mean, if you want to talk about suffering first and knife in the gut kind of pain, then go for The Infernal Devices, I will not get tired of recommending the Shadowhunters books, truly, you have to read at least one of these, and you will be irrevocably hooked. 

Magnus and Alec

Do I need to say more? This is the one I would idealise the most, they are just perfect for each other, and you would not find something to love more than these two. Again, the Shadowhunters world.

Claire and Jamie

Now, talk about transcending time and space and still loving someone, these two find each other again and again, and managed to survive years apart, and horrible, really, horrible things and still kept going. That’s love. (Outlander series).

Nymphadora and Remus

You want to talk about someone loving unconditionally and never giving up? Nymphadora Tonks managed that, and she got what she wanted, and they loved each other until the dark lord ended it all. If you know the movie version of this love, you know nothing, the books showed a real tragic love story.

Lia and Zane

What can I say? I wrote a freaking entry for these two, that ought to tell you, how much of a love story it is, you may not know them, but this is one of those books that has you from beginning to end, and it is tragic, painful, and completely frustrating, yet? You love every bit of it. (The Dream Thief – Drakon Series)

Katy and Daemon

Because who does not love a good story of ‘I don’t like you’ and then ‘Oh wait I do’, leaving that aside because it is a YA novel, you can definitely learn and not help yourself to be completely and utterly into these two, they found each other over and over again, and there is no one that matters most them each other (a little selfish), but a great story too.

Elena and Stefan

This one just came to me, another one that wow, I haven’t read The Vampire Diaries again, but if memory serves, these two are just one of those couples that are soulmates. What about Damon? Yes, well, him too. Not my fault that Elena was into the two brothers, sort of.

Scarlet and Wolf

This one is a no brainer, and I hope you have The Lunar Chronicles books because wow, these two just keep you on a lovely, painful, agony and always trying to see them together, kind of rollercoaster. The other couples in TLC are great too don’t get me wrong, Cress, Winter, and Cinder also have their fair share of unforgettable moments with their guys, but Scarlet was worth mentioning on her own.
