So, not ready to let go! But I finished reading the whole manga. 🥲🥹😍💘

Too many emotions.

Hello, dearies! Welcome to this full review of Namaikizakari.

It was the best ending for this romance/sports manga. Yuki and Shō are really my favourite.

I can’t remember when I first started reading it but I do remember that after that first chapter I had to continue.

July Book Mail: Light Novels

After escaping her abusive family and restarting her education, Miyo thought she would spend the rest of her days as Kiyoka’s fiancée in peace. But when horrible visions begin to assail her night after night, she gradually starts to break down. As tensions flare and the once-happy couple lapses into misunderstanding, Miyo finds herself leaving home once again…

Hello, dearies! 📬

I got new books in the mail and of course, I had to share them with you. 🥰

Why do I buy so many light novels? They are light, lol. They don’t occupy as much as space as the hardcover books that I want to have on my bookshelf.

But I got this particular ones because I really enjoyed My Happy Marriage Vol. 1 and I wanted to continue the story straightaway.

Taken by a Dragon: Book Review

‘Possessed by a need to save a beautiful Amazon warrior from the vision he witnessed, Loke snatched her from the midst of the battle between the Third and Fifth realm of the demons, and carried her to his home deep in the black mountains of Hell to protect her.’

Series: Eternal Mates

Author: Felicity Heaton

Genres: Dragons, Fantasy, Romance, Drama, Urban

That title sounds a bit stronger than the book actually is…

It took me a while to finish to be honest.

But the last 10% it came rolling back to life.

Also, one chapter was dedicated entirely to introducing a new character and get your attention to another book. It was too obvious but it did the job because I added that book to my TBR 😅😆. I’m a sucker for fantasy, angels, and romances. As I have previously stated on these reviews about the Eternal Mates Series.

Hello, dearies! I might end up reading all 19 books one day. For now, I’m mixing and jumping among them, even when I usually like to read books in order, this particular series can be read like this almost without problem.

Well, it hadn’t been such a problem so far until this one where there were some characters that I knew who they were but didn’t know they ended up together, so spoilers for me. 🥹🥲 But it’s alright, I brought that on myself for skipping books.

TBT: Kissed by a Dark Prince

“Olivia thinks it’s her lucky night when a dangerously handsome unconscious fae ends up on her inspection table. He’s her chance to redeem herself with her employer, the demon-hunting organisation, Archangel. But when the tall, dark and deadly immortal warrior awakes, she gets much more than she bargained for…”

Hello, dearies! 💜

This one acts as a TBT because I had read this one before, but I re-read it again recently and it almost felt like the first time 😄.

I could barely remember what happened on this one, but one thing was clear, I didn’t misremember the fact that I freaking loved this book. I knew there was a reason for me to like Tempted by a Rogue Prince so much (book #3 in this series). It’s all because of the incredibly honest princes here. Wow.

Spoiler Time Sunday: NANA (Anime)

NANA (Anime) is a friendship/love story that suddenly turns traumatic and unbelievable. The more you watch this anime, the more invested you become in it! It’s now available on Netflix, but you can also watch it on Crunchyroll.

Oh wow… I’m not even remotely ready to talk about this one.

Anime: NANA

Genres: Romance. Josei. Drama. Music. So much drama.

Director: Morio Asaka

Originally a Manga by Ai Yazawa-sensei

You can watch it on Netflix or Crunchyroll.

I’ll try to keep it short, and to the point.

NANA description:

Nana “Hachi” Komatsu hopes that moving to Tokyo will help her make a clean start and leave her capricious love life behind her. Nana Osaki, who arrives in the city at the same time, has plans to score big in the world of rock’n’roll. Although these two young women come from different backgrounds, they quickly become best friends in a whirlwind world of sex, music, fashion, gossip and all-night parties! Anxious to get into a Tokyo groove, both women are on the prowl for a funky and cheap place to live. But inexpensive apartments in Japan’s capital city are hard to find. Hello, dearies! 🌹

I recently finished Tempted by a Rogue Prince (Eternal Mates #3) by Felicity Heaton, I read this one fast and through the night, not because I didn’t like it, oh no, no. By the time I realised it I was so engrossed by this story that I was actually surprised. It’s been some time since that happened to me.

Spoilers ahead.

Hello, dearies! 😈

Welcome to a new book review, this time for Claimed by a Demon King, book #2 in the Eternal Mates series (I would say saga, there are a lot of books).

By the title and the cover of the book you might guess what’s this is about… yes, romance adult fantasy book, do not leave it out where anyone can see, keep it away from underage readers. Is that type.

Fruits Basket – Manga Review… sort of

The anime sent me on this path… and it was worth it. 😍

Title: Fruits Basket

(フルーツバスケット, Furūtsu Basuketto) also abbreviated as Furuba or Fruba (フルバ)

Author: Natsuki Takaya

Genres: Fantasy, romantic comedy, slice of life

Original date: July 1998 – November 2006

In 2015, it began the Fruits Basket: Collector’s Edition (愛蔵版 フルーツバスケット) where 2 volumes were compiled into one. Same story. But there are now 12 volumes.

Hello, dearies! 🎆🎐

Welcome to a new rambling about a Manga. I finished Fruits Basket this month, and found it quite interesting.

What shocked me the most about reading and finishing the Manga was that I knew where it was going because I’d watched the anime (2019 version), but I was still into it, it didn’t feel like a repeat, but at the same, it was a sort of comfort read, I don’t know if you know what I mean, but it was nice. And I liked it of course.

What about Love Again?

I recently hit play on Love Again on HBO, and this is what happened…

Hello, dearies! 🎥

I recently watched Love Again with Sam Heugham 💕 oh, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Celine Dion.

I wasn’t going to mention it here, but sometimes you have to, because to be honest it wasn’t like the greatest love story ever, and half the time the story of her got a little on my nerves, though not as much as clearly seeing where the story was going and how it’ll end, maybe it was my Rom-Com filled brain 🤣 but truly, I knew even before they did that she would end up texting him. 📱

The Lost Book of the White

“If I only jumped when I knew where I was going to land, I would never jump at all.”

Series: The Eldest Curses #2

Authors: Cassandra Clare and Wesley Chu

Genres: Fantasy, Not so YA but some, Drama, Urban Fantasy, LGBT, Paranormal, Romance

5 bright glowing ⭐

Hello, dearies! 🧭

Prepare for some fangirling of epic proportions.

And maybe a bit of rambling too.

The Lost Book of The White takes us forward in time or further (way further) than The Red Scrolls of Magic, which I recommend you first read City of Bones before diving into that one, although it is not necessary.

So, I loved book 2 of The Eldest Curses, does that come across? Sometimes I don’t know if it really does. But I did, and it took me a while to write this one because… life, so my memories are a bit far away.
