Book Challenge: Find 5 Books with A Blue Cover

This time, I searched for titles with striking blue covers, not on my shelf (just 1), but across the web. Do you have books with blue covers?

Blue? It was not easy.

Hello, dearies! 📘

Welcome to a new book challenge.

Do you have books in your bookshelf with a blue cover? I went and looked online to see different versions instead.

This is what I found, other than my own copy of Pride and Prejudice in Hardcover.

About Pride and Prejudice:

A sharp and witty look at pride, judgement, and first impressions, this classic follows Elizabeth Bennet and her four sisters as they navigate love, class, and society in Regency-era England. Amid ballrooms and polite manners, Elizabeth clashes with the aloof Mr. Darcy, who may not be quite what he seems.

The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde

Penguin Classics The Picture of Dorian Gray in Paperback – International Edition, May 25, 2010.

About The Picture of Dorian Gray

Dorian Gray appears untouched by time, but behind his youthful face lies a darker truth. As he descends into a hidden life of excess and vanity, it’s his portrait, not his reflection, that reveals the cost. A haunting tale about beauty, influence, and the soul’s slow unraveling.

To the Lighthouse

This book by Virginia Woolf has not been on my TBR, but after reading the description I considered adding it. And also, it’s not that long, only 209 pages in paperback.

About To The Lighthouse

The compassionate and nurturing Mrs. Ramsay, along with the tragic yet absurd Mr. Ramsay, their children, and various guests, find themselves on a holiday amidst the picturesque Isle of Skye. Through the seemingly insignificant delay of a visit to a nearby lighthouse, Woolf weaves a poignant and heartfelt exploration of the intricate dynamics, loyalties, and tensions that define family life, as well as the enduring conflict between men and women.

Les Miserables: (Penguin Classics Deluxe Edition)

I haven’t read it, but I watched the movie and know the story for sure.

“Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.”

About Les Miserables

Set against the backdrop of revolution and unrest, this sweeping novel follows ex-convict Jean Valjean as he searches for redemption in a world that won’t let him forget his past. From quiet acts of kindness to moments of resistance, Valjean’s story weaves through love, justice, and the shadow of Inspector Javert’s pursuit.

The Tales of Beedle the Bard

The Tales by J.K. Rowling. Some of the books with these tales have illustrations in them, I don’t have my copy on me, so I cannot share a photo, but these side stories have multiple book covers, finding a blue one was expected, sort of blue, though.

About The Tales of Beedle The Bard

A collection of magical folk tales from the wizarding world, these short stories add depth and lore to the universe many of us grew up wishing we could join. From “The Warlock’s Hairy Heart” to “Babbitty Rabbitty and her Cackling Stump,” each tale stands on its own little style, but it’s “The Tale of the Three Brothers” that readers will recognise as key to the mystery of the Deathly Hallows.

Mockingjay

The third book in The Hunger Games trilogy by Suzanne Collins, a dystopian novel but with some more political aspects thrown in this final book. And while I did sort of like it, this is about the blue cover and not what I thought of the book, lol. So here it is.

Mockingjay

About Mockingjay

After surviving the Quarter Quell, Katniss Everdeen finds herself at the centre of a rising rebellion she never meant to lead. District 13 has emerged from hiding, and the Capitol’s grip is beginning to crack, but the cost of war is high. As alliances shift and propaganda takes centre stage, Katniss must decide what it really means to fight back.

And that’s it for this one, do you have some of the blue cover books? I only have the one (Pride and Prejudice), but have seen the others around, but it was difficult looking around to check out the books with blue in them, if you have others, let me know in the comments, I’d love to check them out.

Thank you for reading, dearies! And don’t forget to like, share, and follow if you aren’t already.
