Today’s special spoiler time Sunday, will be for City of Bones, which is book #1 in The Mortal Instruments series, I basically answered one of the outrageous questions I saw online. Is there a number 2 of The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones? Yes, duh. It’s called City of Ashes. Would Cassie Clare had gone out of her way to write such great characters just to leave it at one book?
Anyways, relaxing now, talking about Shadowhunters and the Shadow World, my favourite topic.
Is The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones connected to Shadowhunters?
Oh my…
I’m going to guess that someone who has never heard of the Shadow World, The Mortal Instruments, Jace Wayland Lightwood Herondale, Malec, or Clary Fairchild asked this because come the freaking on. Yes, it is related.
And I going to assume it’s referring to the Show and the book, right? Not talking about Shadowhunters in general, who are Nephilim and fight demons.
Is City of Bones spicy?
Like any level? Or a general wonder? Like New adult, or only 18+ allowed type of thing? Because no, it’s a Young Adult book as explicitly said on the genres when you look for the book. I won’t go talking about the other books, it’s about City of Bones and I shall leave it at that.
Do Jace and Clary end up together in the movie?
Whoever wondered about whether or not Jace and Clary end up together in that poor scripted movie, didn’t finish watching the movie or didn’t bother to hit play. I can’t even answer this because the movie was left in the open and couldn’t finish properly because there were other 5 books missing to give it an actual ending, so I’m going to say no, they don’t just for the sake of it.
Is Clary Valentine’s daughter?
Yes, Clary is Valentine’s daughter. 😶
Who is Clary Fray?
I swear, if I ever see this question, I might roll my eyes a little bit.
But since this is about spoilers time. Well, Clary Fray, is Clarissa Fairchild, the daughter of Valentine Morgenstern and Jocelyn Fairchild, you might noticed that she has her mother’s last name of the time, but she is at times referred as Clary Morgenstern. Fray, is the name that Jocelyn chose when she was in hiding from Valentine and living alone with Clary for sixteen years, hiding her true legacy, identity and erasing her memories. All of which with the help of Magnus Bane, who until that moment hadn’t seen any human grow up but always saw Clary from year to year when Jocelyn took her to Magnus so he could erase Clary’s memories.
Wow, my fingers were on fire while writing that. 😂
