Spoiler Time Sunday: Sunrise on the Reaping

‘It’s like they’ve tried to bring the whole outdoors indoors. Why? Is opening a door and walking through it too much trouble? Fools and their money are soon parted, Ma would say.’

Hello, tributes! 🥲

Or do you prefer, hello, dearies!

Yes, that sounds better. 😆

It is a month since the release of Sunrise on the Reaping (The Hunger Games Book 0.5), and you know? It is time for some spoilers because I have seen some questions online that truly call for me to answer them, because come on!

On the one side, do you really want to know that? And on the other hand? I hope that these questions are being asked by someone who didn’t read the book because it is pretty straightforward.

Or at least, if you like The Hunger Games, if you know about Haymitch, and if you paid attention you can have your own interpretation of the book, as I did.

So, it is Sunday and it is time for some spoilers.

(Also I’m not going to give away all the main bits of the book), but some major facts.

Sunrise on the Reaping: Book Review [The Hunger Games 0.5]

The book about everything that happened in The Hunger Games, and how it started here with Haymitch and was 24 years in the making.

Hello, dearies! 📚

It’s been a while since I read a book so fast, and fresh out of the oven. But here we are.

It was easy reading Sunrise on the Reaping, and going back to the Capitol, Panem, District 12, even when it was not shown all that much, and discovering how they wanted everything to fit and explain The Hunger Games and the plots that unraveled there.

That’s pretty much it. The end. 😅 Just kidding, sort of.

Let me show you what this book was like, considering that we wanted to know what happened to Haymitch Abernathy, and we sure did. 🫠

And yes, there will be spoilers all over this post, like I will assume you want to know or you have finished reading the book, too.

What Sunrise on the Reaping could be like

March, 18 is getting closer each day and we expect Sunrise on the Reaping to be epic.

Hello, dearies! 🌄

As you know Sunrise on the Reaping, The Second Quarter Quell or the book about Haymitch Abernathy that we have been waiting for since we read The Hunger Games, will be released this month. But what could it be like? 🤔

Now, I have not read excerpts, many quotes, or nothing major about the book beyond the fact that it is about Haymitch, I mean when I saw the news last year that was all I needed to be convinced of reading this one. But can it live up to the hype?

The Odds are in our Favor: The Second Quarter Quell is Coming

“Stay alive.”

Hello, dearies! Welcome! I have news! 📚

The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping (A Hunger Games Novel) Book has been announced, which will be dedicated to the Second Quarter Quell, and we all know who won that one, right?

No? Okay, it was Haymitch, he was the victor of the 50th Hunger Games (or Second Quarter Quell) which is a different type of games, they always do a special one as they did on the 75th Hunger Games (Book 2: Catching Fire) where only the previous victors from each district would participate, this was how Katniss ended up again in the arena.

This might a little late, but this post is full of spoilers if you haven’t watched the movies, read the book, or do not know about the history of Panem.
