I know I shouldn’t laugh. But I did when I read some of the questions online about Beautiful Disaster.
So, I will answer this odd questions because it’s fun, and I like talking about books, more so the ones about the Maddox brothers.
Have you read this book? If you have not, then there might be spoilers ahead, this is the warning for spoilers. I’ll start.
Is Beautiful Disaster a Book?
I had a tick in my eye with this one. But then I calmed down, because maybe not everyone was reading college adult romances like me years ago. So, yes, Beautiful Disaster the movie is based on a book.
BD Book Plot
Hmm, I guess the movie is too out there? Or a regular movie? Now, I’m scared of watching it. I haven’t because the book is pretty fresh in my mind. But hey, that’s me. But the Beautiful Disaster book plot goes like:
A young adult girl in college, doesn’t want anything to do with bad boys, and then she meets the guy who changes her mind. After a bet and staying close for far too long, they begin to accept their feelings. Then get in a fight. Then she realises how good… of a person he is. And then after all the +18 stuff, and towards the end of the book, where everything goes to hell when the illegal fighting that he is involved in for money, they get to be together without the bets and judgment.
Hey, that’s the no spoilers, no details condensed true of the book.
You will like Travis Maddox if you like that muscled, bad boy type.
This is the original book description, not my interpretation:
She doesn’t drink or swear, and she has the appropriate number of cardigans in her wardrobe. Abby believes she has enough distance from the darkness of her past, but when she arrives at college with her best friend, her path to a new beginning is quickly challenged by Eastern University’s Walking One-Night Stand.
Travis Maddox Book
Does this mean: Walking Disaster? Because that is the book told from Travis’s point of view, but maybe people don’t know that. 🤷♀️
Alright, Travis Maddox’s book can mean: Beautiful Disaster or Walking Disaster, they are both basically the same thing, but one from Abby’s PoV and one from Travis’.

I don’t what that is, probably a misspelling.
Is Beautiful Disaster Adult or Not
It is.
Might not be under that full category, but it is. I wouldn’t let my underage fictional daughter or son to read it.
And that’s all for Beautiful Disaster and my answer to the odd questions I found online, this is not a Sunday special for spoilers because I didn’t say much about it, but rather a throwback special because I was feeling a bit nostalgic about the book.
