Spoiler Time Sunday: Horimiya’s FAQ

Hori-san to Miyamura-kun, the anime and manga that you soon discover is very cool and want to know more about.

Welcome, dearies! 🧁

A new Sunday, a new Spoiler.

Why Horimiya? Because I was looking for a photo and saw these questions that made me snort and answer in my head, and so here we are… was that convincing? Lol. It’s partly true, the other half of that is that I like talking about stuff that I like a lot and have watched a bunch of times, sue me! 😅

Anyways… I hope you are here because you want some spoilers about Kyouko and Izumi because I am going all in without a filter. 🤭

Warning. Spoilers ahead.

Does Horimiya have inappropriate scenes?

What a vast question, what is this referring to? Inappropriate for what age group? Anyone under 18? Not in exact graphic scenes, but in context? Yes. And more than once.

Who is Yuki in Love with in  Horimiya?

Isn’t it obvious?

If you read the whole manga, it is obvious, and if you watch “season 2” you can know. She falls for Tooru after Hori rejected him.

Is Horimiya okay for 12 year olds?

I can’t even think of an answer that it is not rude but I’ll try. It is a Young Adult manga and anime, but that is 12 and 18 years, however, I wouldn’t give it to a 12 year old of today, I would have watched it.

But this is because the main characters are high schoolers, graduating at the end of the manga, meaning all of or mainly what they talk about would not be appropriate for a 12 year-old.

Did Hori and Miyamura married?

eye twitch

Is a romance between these two, obviously they do get marry.

Eventually.

Is there a Horimiya Season 2?

Not following the story or manga directly, exactly. But yes, there is a second season, and it is not a season that goes with the flow of the story as that finished on season 1. Season 2 of Horimiya is about the missing pieces, aka, the manga chapters and stories that were left out on Season 1.

Do Hori and Miyamura Do it?

I have seen this one thrown around quite a bit, with a lot of back and forth, and I don’t know why. The easy answer is: Yes.

And how do we know? It is in the Manga, and it is pretty freaking clear. And it is in on the anime, with a cool scene too. Is it off scene? Yes.

Let me paint you a picture, they were in Hori’s room, she hugged him, then he hugged her, it was raining, she called him by his name “Izumi”, and then, Miyamura was getting dressed and Hori was in bed, you tell me what that means.

And then, like I don’t know how many chapters later, Hori was upset with Miyamura and sent him a text telling him she was “late” just to mess with him. Isn’t that like obvious?

Alright, I saved that spoiler bit for last just for kicks, and I was tired of seeing it around online.
